Shipping Policy
Shipping is within the Continental US. Items ship for a flat rate of $4.20 per order, regardless of the number of items you are ordering. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. All orders must be paid at the time of your order via one of these credit cards. We do not accept checks, money orders or any other form of payment.
Once your order is placed it cannot be stopped or cancelled as it is sent immediately to the nearest supplier for processing.
Most orders are sent via Standard USPS Shipping and normally arrive in 3-7 mail days (unless otherwise noted).
Return & Exchange Policy
PAW:20 dog and cat toys may be returned only in NEW, UNUSED condition with all tags intact. Return shipping is at buyers expense. Exchange for defective items only for an identical item.
The toys sold on our site are intended for light play. They are not suitable for unsupervised play, aggressive breeds, teething puppies, etc. There are no refunds or exchanges for toys damaged by your pet.
PAW:20 will happily replace any product with manufacturer's defects. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item. If in stock, your replacement item will be sent as soon as possible. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer an exchange or credit at our discretion.
Please contact us for return instructions and include the reason for your return. Return shipping is at buyers expense.
